When waxing, pull the wax off in the opposite direction of the hair growth. This will help to remove the entire hair follicle. If you have sensitive skin, apply a thin layer of cornstarch to the area prior to applying the wax. This will decrease the irritation sometimes caused with sensitive skin.

When you heat your wax it should be the consistancy of honey. You don't want to overheat it. When you apply wax you should always apply it against the direction of hair growth. Before the wax sets you should redirect the hair to the opposite direction. This helps to work the hair into the wax better.

It's important that you do not leave the wax on too long. The wax should still be soft when you remove it, but not tacky. Dry or brittle wax will hinder a smooth removal.

When you remove the wax you want to try to stay low and parallel to the body. Never pull straight up.You should follow wax removal with some type of lotion or one of our other recommended products.
