How To Use Frownies Face Lift in a Bag:
Facial Patches - Frownies Facial Pads: First, cleanse and dry your face. If you use a moisturizer, allow some time for it to be absorbed into the skin before placing Frownies. Before applying your patch, begin to massage facial lines with your fingertips gently for about 10 seconds to get the circulation stimulated.

Next, separate the Frownies patch you are about to use by tearing along the perforated lines. Then find the shiny side of the patch and moisten it either with Frownies Hydrator Spray or water to activate the vegetable-based adhesive.

With two fingers from one hand, smooth your skin while pressing Frownies with the fingers of your other hand. Hold the patch in place until it adheres. Leave it on for a minimum of three hours. For the best results, however, leave your Frownies patch on over night. When you’re ready to remove the patch, thoroughly soak it to release the adhesive.

You should continue to use Frownies each day for 30 days to effectively retrain your facial muscles. After the initial 30 days, you can continue to use Frownies four or more times a week to maintain a youthful appearance.

Frownies pH Balancing Complexion Wash - Take about a dime size amount of the Frownies Wash in your hand and work into a lather using cool/luke warm water. Begin to work it into your face and neck and gently under the eyes. Rinse it well, if you are wearing heavy makeup, you may need to use a cotton wash cloth or cotton round pad to remove the makeup. Then you’ll need to repeat the lather and rinse step to remove any dead, dry skin cells.

Rose Water Hydrator Spray - This Frownies Spray is used to activate the vegetable-based adhesive on your Frownies Patch. So taking your patch, lightly spray the shine side of it before applying it to your face. You can also mist Frownies Rose Water Hydrator Spray to your face, neck, and décolleté directly as you feel you need to refresh and rehydrate your skin.
