How Does It Work?
During checkout, simply select your desired reorder time frame in the "Automatic Delivery" section of the order form. Your future orders will be shipped to you at that scheduled time, saving you the hassle of having to reorder!
When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?
After signing up for Automatic Delivery, you'll be billed for the initial shipment on your selected credit card. Future shipments will be billed to the credit card at your scheduled time and your order will be automatically on its way to you. As always, you will receive FREE Shipping and FREE Samples with each and every order.
Can I cancel my Automatic Delivery?
Yes. You can cancel your Automatic Delivery at any time. Once canceled, you will not be billed for, or receive, any future shipments. Can I return, delay or skip an Automatic Delivery shipment?

Yes. Simply call our staff at 800-932-2357 to change your desired shipping method for upcoming Automatic Delivery shipments.
Will I be informed if my product is discontinued?
A notice will be sent via email if Ariva discontinues your product for any reason.
